These terms govern your use of the Systemagentbase website at systemagentbase.digital and any enquiry you send through it. The studio teaches Messaging Engagement Analytics from Bangkok. By continuing to browse or by submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, leave the site and write to us only by email if you still need the desk.

Acceptance
Using the site, downloading materials we make publicly available, or sending an enquiry constitutes acceptance of this notice as it stands on the date of your visit. We may revise the terms; the canonical version is always this page. Continued use after a revision is acceptance of the revised text.
Programmes and informational prices
Course descriptions, seat names, and Thai Baht figures are informational. This website does not process payments or complete enrolment. A seat exists only after a written confirmation from the desk and a separate invoice arrangement. We may decline a brief that falls outside Messaging Engagement Analytics, including paid media attribution and vendor certification.
Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, text, layout, the Engagement Atlas description, syllabi summaries, journal notes, and the Systemagentbase wordmark are owned by the studio. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not copy programmes, ledgers, or recordings for resale or for teaching a competing room. Student work remains the student’s; critique comments remain the studio’s teaching material.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, scrape the site in a way that impairs others, impersonate the desk, or upload unlawful content. Do not treat mock form responses on this static site as a contractual acceptance of a seat.
Liability
The site and public notes are provided as educational commentary. They are not legal, financial, or employment advice, and they are not a warranty that any metric will move. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Systemagentbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from relying on journal notes without a confirmed teaching relationship. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount actually paid to the studio for the relevant seat in the twelve months before the claim, or to ฿10,000 if no seat was purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
