Refund notice
This notice applies once a seat has been invoiced and paid through an arrangement outside this website. The catalogue prices on systemagentbase.digital are informational only; nothing on this site is a checkout. Thai consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel before the published start of a Studio Cycle or workshop, or if Systemagentbase cancels a cycle and cannot offer a dated transfer you accept. Reading Seat purchases are eligible if you have not been issued access credentials or downloaded recordings.
Timeframe to ask
Write to info@systemagentbase.digital within 14 days of payment, and in any case no later than 5 full working days before the first live session. Requests after the first live session are considered only as partial refunds, as described below.
Full or partial refund
Full refund: cancellation received on time, or studio cancellation without an accepted transfer. Partial refund: after week one of Inbox Signal Lab or after day one of a workshop, we refund 50% of the seat fee minus any non-recoverable room or guest-critic costs already committed. After week four of a Studio Cycle, or after day two of a four-day workshop, no partial refund remains except where Thai law requires otherwise or where the studio is at fault for non-delivery.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs you incur (travel, hotels, vendor licences, LINE OA or WhatsApp fees) are never refunded by the studio. Guest-critic honoraria already paid for a House Desk that you cancel inside five working days may be deducted. Printed materials already shipped are non-refundable; digital workbooks issued after access are treated as delivered.
Refund process
Email the desk with your invoice number, seat type, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days. If eligible, we issue a written acceptance. Refunds travel by the same method as the original payment where possible (Thai bank transfer in most cases). We do not send cash.
Processing time
Once accepted, expect the funds to leave our account within 15 working days. Your bank may add a few more days. We will send the transfer reference when it is filed.
Refund method
Same rail as payment: typically a domestic Thai transfer. International wires may incur correspondent fees that we do not absorb unless the studio caused the cancellation.

Cancellation by the studio
If we must cancel a cycle, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later dated seat of equal value. We will not move you into a programme outside Messaging Engagement Analytics without written agreement.
Exceptions
No refund is due if you are removed for serious misconduct (harassment in critique, sharing another student’s export, or impersonating the desk). No refund is due solely because a metric in your company did not move; teaching is not a performance warranty. Force majeure (including severe Bangkok flooding that closes the Bangsu room) may delay a cycle rather than trigger an automatic refund; you may still choose a transfer or a refund if the delay exceeds 60 days.
