Privacy notice

This notice explains how Systemagentbase handles personal data when you visit systemagentbase.digital, send an enquiry, or sit a programme. It is written for a Bangkok studio teaching Messaging Engagement Analytics and should be read with our cookie notice.

Data controller

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send, which may include sample exports if you attach them. From the site: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, plus cookie data as described on the cookie page. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to reply, assess fit for a seat, and keep a short record of the conversation. We use programme data to teach, critique, and administer a cycle. We use limited analytics only if you accept analytics cookies. Where Thai PDPA requires a basis, we rely on your request to enter a contract or pre-contract discussion, our legitimate interest in running a small teaching house, legal obligation, or consent where we ask for it (including non-essential cookies).

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 18 months so we do not re-open a brief we already declined. Confirmed student records are kept for 7 years for accounting and alumni list administration, then reduced to a minimal contact note unless you ask us to delete what the law allows us to delete. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent choices stay in your browser until you clear storage.

Your rights

Subject to Thai PDPA and any applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful use. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. To exercise rights, write to info@systemagentbase.digital with enough detail for us to find you. We may need to verify identity before releasing student records.

International transfers

The studio is in Thailand. Hosting, email, or font delivery may involve processors outside Thailand (for example font files from Google Fonts or infrastructure in another country). When we transfer personal data abroad we use contractual safeguards and, where required, additional measures appropriate to the destination. Journal images are loaded from public image hosts; those requests are made by your browser and follow those hosts’ own notices.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share with service providers who host the site or email, with guest critics only when you join a cycle that includes them, and with authorities when the law requires it. House Desk work stays out of mixed-cohort discussion.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
