FAQ
Do I need a specific chat vendor?
No. Bring LINE, WhatsApp, in-app chat, or a mix. We care about the week of threads, not the logo on the export.
Is there a real limitation I should know before enquiring?
Yes. We do not cover paid media attribution, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM vendor certification. If your brief is campaign ROAS or an exam badge, this studio will feel misaligned and we will decline the seat rather than stretch the syllabus.
How much English is required?
Sessions run in English. Annotation can include Thai agent notes; several Bangkok desks do. If writing critique in English would slow you past the weekly deadline, say so—we would rather adjust pacing than pretend.
What if my export is a mess?
That is the usual arrival state. Week one is annotation, not a cleanliness contest. A completely empty history is the actual blocker—then wait a fortnight and write again.
