A reading room that happens to teach messaging metrics.
Systemagentbase opened in Bangsu in 2019 because too many Thai operators were buying chat platforms and then measuring the wrong hour of the conversation.
Mission
We exist so that Messaging Engagement Analytics stays close to the agent desk. Delivery counts, click maps, and “open rates” on broadcast tools are not enough when a customer is waiting inside a thread.
The house prefers small rooms. A cycle rarely exceeds twelve seats. That is not a scarcity story; it is the number of critiques one instructor can write without becoming theatrical.
Pedagogy
Students arrive with exports—often messy, often from three vendors. The first week is annotation, not software. We ask which silences were intentional, which were staffing, and which were a bad template sent at 22:40.
Live sessions mix lecture with ledger work. Homework is a revised timetable plus a one-page argument your ops lead could disagree with. We do not grade enthusiasm. We grade whether the numbers still make sense on a Monday after a campaign reset.
Thailand’s channel mix—LINE OA especially—shapes the curriculum. Quiet hours, OA blocks, and bilingual agent notes are treated as first-class data, not local colour.
Community
Alumni keep a private list for swapping ledger templates. There is no public leaderboard. People who finished Inbox Signal Lab sometimes return as guest critics for the Conversation Cadence Workshop.
- Bangkok In-person cycles at the Bangsu room, usually weekday evenings so retail desks can attend after close.
- Remote Same critique standard, fewer hallway conversations. Recordings stay available for the length of the seat, not forever.
- House Desk Private teams of up to six. Useful when a retailer does not want their abandoned-thread rates discussed in a mixed cohort.
Student journey
Most people find us after a painful quarter: a WhatsApp template library that grew faster than the reply desk, or a LINE calendar that looked busy and still leaked first-hour coverage. They write to info@systemagentbase.digital or use the enquiry form.
We ask for a sample week of sends and a plain-language note about what “engagement” currently means inside their company. If the brief is paid media attribution or a CRM vendor exam, we decline politely—those are neighbouring crafts, not ours.
A typical path: Reading Seat recordings → Studio Cycle critique → occasional alumni office hours. Some operators stop after the workshop. That is a complete outcome, not a funnel leak.
